      Thanks. I don’t know if I’ll be making that trip again before Anthrocon, but if I do, you might be getting a call! 14 hours straight is just a little too much for me.
      And my wuff took good care of me 🙂

      So, I have now tested routes from Chicago to NC by way of:
      1. Louisville, KY
      2. Cincinnatti, OH (either on I-75 or AA Highway) and
      3. Dayton/Gallipolis, OH
      I have determined that it doesn’t make a damn bit of difference which way you go – it all takes the same time.
      The AA Highway route is the nicest drive, though, I think. Certainly prettier.
