Oh, hell yeah! They offered six (rather large) pours of their beers for free. Unfortunately, since I was driving I couldn’t take full advantage of that :/
Do the ships have WiFi or wired Internet access these days? Or were you using cell phones at port?
I love the photos, BTW… it looks like you got a great room! Did you use the balcony a lot?
They offered wi-fi, but it was crap – slower than dial-up, and approximately $0.65/minute connection fee. We relied on cell phone access in ports, where it was available. Unfortunately, that was just Seward, Juneau, and Ketchikan – Skagway and Hoonah had no Sprint coverage.
We tried to use our balcony as much as possible – it was absolutely worth it when we were at Hubbard Glacier! The breakfast on the balcony in Juneau was nice, too.
