We rolled in about an hour ago. Unpacked what needed to be unpacked, and we’re relaxing now. takaza is blessed with more vacation each year so he’s taking tomorrow off. Lucky me, I get to go in to work tomorrow. It’s gonna be a long day.

Woot unto thee! I’m thrilled with how things went in AA this year. Still some improvements to make, but they’re mostly fine tuning and less “omg rethink thus” kinda fixes. Big thanks to you and takaza for commanding well once again.
Me, I got in the house around 5:30 MDT, only to discover my wallet was missing. After a round trip to the airport, I had filed my second lost & found report for the day. The first one was submitted when I picked up my baggage at DIA, to file a claim for the Nambroth embellished print I won at the art show. The one I quite handily lost in Chicago as I raced to make my connection.
To add insult to injury, the zipper to my larger luggage piece broke. At least it waited until I got home to do so. It’s “warrantied for life” (Forecast), but I have a sneaky suspicion that aint gonna help get it fixed.
I’m writing this from my seat at the DMV, now in hour 5 waiting to get a new license.
Suffice to say: MONDAY SUCKED. 🙁
