That being said, the next time I’m in Alexandria, VA, I’m going to ship you some chocolate. I’ve found a dark chocolate/sea salt/almond combo that’s incredibly good.

That is positively nauseating!
Though I can see a maple flavor working with bourbon..but not pork fat. Not in a long shot. Not for the condemned prisoner. Not for my worst enemy.
I have figured this out. This is an alcoholic McGriddle. Mind you, alcohol could only improve a McGriddle.
I wonder just how many calories are in that bourbon. O.o
