Fortunately,it appears that it’s several miles away on the opposite side of town, but still…scary stuff. I hope the weather stays favorable and that they get a handle on the fire soon. Saw that on CNN this morning and wondered, “Apex? Hmm, where have I heard that town before…?”
Would you have been evacuated if you still lived in the area? I know where Haddon Hall is, we looked to buy there a long time ago (in a far away land). M
We’re doing fine. Several teachers who were in the evacuation zone had sore throats and felt kind of sick. This morning when I drove near 55, I started coughing and tasted something metallic.
We just got back from Fujisan and traffic seems to be normal now.
