Oh, hell yeah. I have quizilla, okcupid, blogthings, and quizfarm, among others, on permablock. There’s also a nice, frequently-updated filterset you can get (though it doesn’t include the meme blocks).

I’ve been a huge fan of Adblock+ for a long time now. Now that it can do *parts* of web pages, I’ve even gotten rid of Greasemonkey and Platypus. Instead I just use rules like: newsobserver.com#td(rightcolbg_grey)
