You know, in all honesty, there is a lot of truth in that cartoon. I am amazed how many tricks and slip-ups get to the closing table. I have my paws-full 24/7 trying to keep up with the mess 😛

I caught two errors in the closing contract on our house at signing: I think I scared the attorney slightly.

Well, he was explaining things as we went along, I paid attention and read through the contracts. Ask Duncan, I do this kind of thing all the time :).
