Damn, I’m feeling good! Why? Well, a couple of reasons.

First of, it’s Friday. yay, Friday!

Second, in just a few hours, we’re heading down to the beach. Surf and sun (well, surf anyway) await!

Third, I just got back from the gym, where I had my quarterly body composition testing. The short version: All that exercising is really making a difference!

Finally, I stopped by the Kroger for a salad for lunch and got seriously cruised in the parking lot by a cute guy. Makes me feel all special 🙂
