Reminds of one of Fred Gwynne’s lines from “My Cousin, Vinnie.” “Counsellor, you seem to want to skip the arraignment and the preliminary hearing, and jump straight to an acquittal simply because you are in the unique position of defending clients who claim they didn’t do it.”
Wow. He’s certainly doing his best to prove the old saying that a man who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client. Maybe he’s hoping to get off on an insanity plea, or at least that the judge will get so sick of him being an idiot that he throws out the case.
