&lt;p&gt;They offered wi-fi, but it was crap - slower than dial-up, and approximately $0.65/minute connection fee. We relied on cell phone access in ports, where it was available. Unfortunately, that was just Seward, Juneau, and Ketchikan - Skagway and Hoonah had no Sprint coverage.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We tried to use our balcony as much as possible - it was absolutely worth it when we were at Hubbard Glacier! The breakfast on the balcony in Juneau was nice, too.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
