This is actually a re-make (with a few variations in hops) of a beer I made back in 1996. I recall that it was tasty, although the only notes I have is that it was “a beer to get philosophical about!”
A side note: I forgot to add the 0.75 pounds of Light Dried Malt Extract that the original recipe called for. I was worried that this might lead to a lower gravity but it would appear that that is definitely note the case!
