I’m less impressed by construction from the 90s/00s than I am by that from the 70s. I think this is why I’m going to buy a house that’s been around for a while…. it’s more likely to have trees on the lot that aren’t saplings, it’s less likely to be in a homeowner’s association and I don’t have to tolerate the crap builders are pulling these days (I know most of the things that went on in the 70s and 80s, and I can deal with that).

Yeah, once we figured out that it’s only about an 8 – 8.5 hour drive, things became a whole lot more workable. Takaza wants to be up there by late afternoon Thursday to lay the groundwork for the newsletter.
I’d suggest something about a convoy up Thursday morning, but I suspect we drive waaaaay too slow for you 😉
