I work for a real estate attorney…..that doesn’t surprise me one bit 😉 But the fact you caught those mistakes impresses me. The average consumers has no freaking clue whats going on. Kudos on the catch!

You know, in all honesty, there is a lot of truth in that cartoon. I am amazed how many tricks and slip-ups get to the closing table. I have my paws-full 24/7 trying to keep up with the mess 😛
Speaking of full paws, I sure hope the overwhelming task making MFF a reality is coming along smoothly.
