I even thought very well of you when I dared to announce that I wished to seek other Staff duties when I felt I needed a change of pace from the duties of Artist Alley and Rooth took my place as second. I passed through Artist Alley and Con Store during the 2010 weekend and the usual hard-at-work attitude was there. I got a really quick hello for you and rooth and Wag at the registers was very efficient and polite and awesome too, cracking a joke to make a bit of a wait in line worth it.
I’m sure Anthrocon Board of Directors and related Staff will sorely miss you at the head of Artist Alley and Con Store operations in 2011. Is Rooth intending to step up to the lead role? In any case, I somehow missed your urgent need for short staff. I might have offered to help step in and work with you guys too this year, but I was a touch clueless and further distracted with helping KP with Masquerade and other programming moments that happened in ballroom. Keep up all the awesome help you give around to all cons. It doesn’t go without a lot of thanks from all of us to make a con weekend run great for the attendees.
