We’ve had varying experiences. I like their amber beer, but I find the food is typically on the passable end of mediocre. This was a case where the noise and rather crappy service sent it all off the deep end.

See, that’s the thing though – we went to FCN last year and didn’t work it at all. And I was bored to tears (through no fault of the con, I’ll stress). It’s the way I’m wired, I guess. Working conventions is how I have fun 🙂

Also: no heart attacks, dammit!

You do know this is supposed to be a FUN con, with the staff of AC and MFF letting SOMEONE ELSE do all the damn work. In fact, if someone comes looking for me to ask, “Oh Chanur could you give us a hand with…”, I’m going to fake a heart attack.

Of course with my medical luck lately, I might not be faking.
