we have a bottle of (relatively inexpensive) sake from japan that i’m thinking about using for this. how long does sake keep after it’s opened? we’re extremely unlikely to use the whole bottle, so if it doesn’t keep, i’ll have to try to find a smaller amount at the ABC store…
