It was a great time hanging out with everyone. Sprecher Brewery was fun, I was disappointed i could not find a beer i really loved, but that cherry cola was great like you said. The Spice House was fun, even if it was a Toz’s expense. I did come away knowing I need to learn more about spices and cooking, I am such a luddite when it comes to cooking. And I now have a new fav coffee house because of you. mmmmm Alterra was soo good.

Thanks again, I cant wait to see you all again.

I’m a long-term practicioner of roadkill cuisine – alas because it was horribly frosty on the day of the exam I never quite managed to get my “Hill Stalker’s Certificate” from the British Deer Society.

[Some may consider presenting carcases as part of your ‘portfolio’ as being gruesome. This does not worry me]

Free, wild, self-reared food is really rather good. Specially when well-marinaded in red wine and cooked slowly for four or five hours with a range of herbs and spices!
