Though I can see a maple flavor working with bourbon..but not pork fat. Not in a long shot. Not for the condemned prisoner. Not for my worst enemy.

How could you go wrong?

You are too smart of a person not to know exactly what could go wrong. Perhaps I'm a bacon purist. Give me my back straight up or on a burger or steak. Not in chocolate. Not in bourbon.

That being said, the next time I'm in Alexandria, VA, I'm going to ship you some chocolate. I've found a dark chocolate/sea salt/almond combo that's incredibly good.
