Everyone is telling us how lucky we are; apparently last week this place was getting so much rain everything was washing away. We're enjoying days of 68 degrees and sunny in the day and 38 degrees and clear at night.

I am bummed you're not here with us, but it's certainly understandable. Hopefully next time we'll be able to take you (and maybe someone else) along!

Aw, nuts! A pity you're so far away. But as Takaza noted we're hoping to possibly hit a few more places, and maybe do a tasting of some of the local olive oils as well!

God DAMN do I miss In-n-Out. That place was one of my favorite food-haunts whenever I was sent out to California by $EMPLOYER. Sure, their burgers and fries took two years off my life with every meal... but ta least they're the adult diaper, wheelchair-having years. Who wants those?
