Right off of the 84 on Newark Blvd is a little shopping square with a Radley’s and a Blockbuster. Inside is a restaurant called Simply Thai. It is the best thai food you will find outside of Bankok. Me and Hux ate there all the time.

Park up on the ridge near Ghiradelli Square and go down the stairs. Stay at that end of the wharf and see the tall ship, and the fab family owned italian place with live music. Too far away from that and you’re into the tourist zone, which has its charms, sorta, but isn’t really worth the hassle.
