					<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Honeycrisp are nice apples, but there&#039;s no reason they should cost more than any other except supply and demand. That is apparently Oprah&#039;s fault. She declared them her favorite variety a few years ago, and now the demand continues to rise faster than production. I wish she&#039;d explore a few of the much tastier old fashioned types, like the Spy, the Pippin, or the Gravenstein. Obviously she&#039;s already gotten past the &quot;apples have to be red and shiny&quot; obstacle, since Honeycrisp are sorta greenish with blotches.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
