That hydrocodone cough syrup is, indeed, megapowerful. Some years ago when I had a cause of bronchitis that didn't respond to the first two rounds of antibiotics, nor was the codeine cough syrup doing anything for me, my doc switched me to the hydromet. First dose knocked me out for a whole day.

I have sometimes wondered if what really turned the corner on that bout of bronchitis was the third type of antibiotic, or just the incredible amount of uninterrupted sleep I got after changing cough syrups.
