In reply to posicat.

Nah, we'll catch the Doctor Who's as they air on Sci Fi. I prefer to see it on TV rather than on a small laptop screen, even with having to skip through the commercials.

I realized a while ago there there will always been good things that are broadcast that I'll just have to miss the boat on. After coming into Babylon 5 midway through the third season, I realize how difficult and time-consuming it can be to get up to speed, and that's time that we just don't have. Sadly, that means stuff like Lost, BSG, and SG-1 are all going to have to fall by the wayside for us for the foreseeable future.

I've got some of the later Dr Who's and most of Stargate Atlantis if you're interested. As well as Stargate SG1 seasons 1-6 I think, I need to get the rest, but they're expensive.

Funny that. We've not had a TiVo for more than a few months and it's been recording almost non-stop. Then again, we're doing a pretty notable circuit: House, NCIS, Numb3rs, CSI and CS:NY (we finally dumped Sunglasses Of Justice & The Shade Family), a bit of reality fun in Top Chef, and a concession to the period fanatics in The Tudors. We're not running Doc Who Series 2 as, well, everyone in the house saw it last year. Might add How Clean Is Your House? though, and mayhaps Coupling. That show was just exceptional. The house has been in a right British mood for several weeks.

I was not aware they were going to give Bruce Campbell another series after the Brisco County and...that other show...Jack Of Trades or something? Doesn't matter, I'd watch Bruce read comic books and eat Slim Jims in a Subway. He's just that awesome.
