Popeye’s would win hands down every time. I love their Red Beans and Rice(although most don’t love me at all after eating it 😉 )

Indeed. My jaw dropped at the two-bedroom run-down piece of crap in Southeast Atlanta (Eastland Heights) that they bought for $169,000. Granted, they fixed it up nicely and made a tidy profit, but still…
