I’ll share the credit with because I’m not sure which of us suggested it first. I know he had a bad experience with a misdirected registration a couple of years back, so it may well have been his original suggestion.

I reserved my hotel room earlier this week and was also pleased that I could now do it online.

This newest rate increase is just another example of their stellar lack of management accumen, and the so-called “forever stamps” are evidence of their lack of any foresight whatsoever.

I’ve got no problem putting an extra 2-cent stamp on a couple of postcards. Now, 500 postcards, I’m not so keen on 🙂 Yeah, I wound up just getting enough to cover the hundred or so cards I sent out and I’m going to go back later (or use their Stamps-at-Home program, which didn’t have 26-cent stamps available when I looked on Wednesday either 🙂
