Glad you had a good 39th birthday! Congratulations! 39 for me was the start of my big “melt down”. The only good thing about that is that I’m doing better today than I was ten or even fifteen years ago, thanks to long dleayed changes finally made. Let’s hope for a quieter year ahead for you!
