Nope, it’s 23. In fact, it was originally 22, but Tim Kring pushed NBC to order one more episode (actually he wanted two or three more, but NBC went for one).
Although in researching this answer, I just came across one distressing possibility, that the “second chapter of the first season” (“Are You On The List”, with the first chapter being “Save the Cheerleader, Save the World”) will end on March 5, then the show will take a break until April. Aw, crap.
