Well, the closest Lowes is in Kenosha, a good 45 minutes away, as opposed to Homo Depot which is 5 minutes away*. I did wind up getting some inexpensive cellular blinds that they cut to order; it’s not my favorite kind and they don’t block light very well, but they at least provide provide privacy and hey – it’s a rental. We’ll blow the money on the better (and more expensive) blinds when we actually buy a place.
* Plus, it’s more difficult to make juvenile innuendo out of a name like “Lowes”.

Not to toot my own corporate horn, but you might want to look into getting blinds from Lowe’s, whether stock or special order. Not only do we guarantee our prices to be the lowest, but we also have the means to cut them down in minutes to the size you need.
Just sayin’. 😉
