If they demolish it, I am so getting a purple brick.

You have to have some truely impressive violations to jeopardize nearby property! Of course, my basic view of the Purple Hotel is that rat droppings probably do more to add to the ambiance than take away from it, so I think it’s long past time to shut it down.
Preferably with a large demolition team.
