					<description><![CDATA[A clue: NEVER stir the dumplings when you have put them in the pot!  Reduce heat to a slow boil/simmer, cook for ten (10) minutes uncovered, then covber the pan/pot and cook for another ten (10) minutes,  Another hint is to make sure that you do not introduce the dumplings to a rolling boil - else you will have baseballs, not dumplings.  Good luck!]]></description>
