Well, honestly, I think his claim of theft is pretty damn tenuous, and deserved to get thrown out of court (why do I keep hearing, “They want to steal our precious bodily fluids”?)
The fact that, after impregnating herself with his semen unbeknownst to him, she sued him for paternity is just plain appalling. And, oh yeah, that’s going to be a lovely story when the kid grows up and wants to know how he came to be…

Good point. Sorta. If you give someone an automobile, and they get into a wreck with it, can they sue you for injuries? Well, in our ridiculous courts they probably can.
