In reply to woofwoofarf. I know about having to let Valentine's take a back seat-Crim was going to ask me to marry him on Valentine's, but we were both sick as dogs, so we agreed to go to bed and we'd do that stuff the next day when we felt better-er. :)

In reply to animist. Thanks! It's taken a good bit of patience to get this far, but it's really worth it. If nothing else, this has "stress-tested" our relationship, and I'm happy to say it looks like we've passed with flying colors!

In the jumble of getting everything up here and getting settled in, I suspect Valentine’s Day is going to take a back seat. That’s OK, though – there’ll be plenty of time to celebrate!
