After 22 hours and 950 miles, I came home just now to a stale-smelling house, had to light the hot water heater, and no-one was here to greet me (must get another dog soon!)  At least, the chinese take-out was decent :)

					<description><![CDATA[Yeah, the Element is fugly, but it&#039;s a compelling kind of fugly.  Like owning your own bread truck.  Or a bulldog you can drive.  Anyway, I&#039;d consider an one of those if I were in the market and didn&#039;t have a 50 mile round trip commute each day.
Oh, and it&#039;s a pity you can&#039;t hold out-- supposedly there&#039;s a hybrid Escape on the way, but I don&#039;t suppose it would be wise to be a guinea pig and buy Ford&#039;s first hybrid in its first model year.]]></description>
