She surely did! It was on her 1992 EP Crucify, and she’s performed it countless times live. It’s a stunning rendition of the song – slow, quiet, contemplative.
Cash also did a great cover of Depeche Mode’s “Personal Jesus” (along with “Hurt”) on his new album The Man Comes Around.
