Considering the circumstances, your feelings are totally expected.
House wise….don’t loose hope. For some unearthly reason we are still handling an enormous amount of sales right now. Typically, this time of year brings us refi after refi after refi. But take today, for example….have 4 sales on the board and 6 refinances. So maybe a potential buyer is right around the corner.
Otherwise, I should be checking in around 6ish Friday….so Ill be looking for ya! Expect some hugs from the mutt.
