We have never completed a project that didn’t involve: finding some obscure part for a perfectly normal looking unit, discovering that the previous owner’s really should not have been allowed near any tools (don’t it yourselfers), or experiencing months of delay while a ‘simple’ project turned into something needing permits and a profession engineer.
Still, we love our house.
